Met Aly for dinner after I left Fai’s place.
Aly has always wanted to try the seafood pasta at Bakerzin as the boss Chef Daniel’s speciality was that….

Spaghetti with meatballs ($12.80)
For me of ‘cos ….

Thankfully the tomato sauce wasn’t that sour and acidic like a whole lot of other pasta places

Generous sizes of meatballs too …. the more meat… the merrier ahMao would be ![]()

Seafood pasta ($15.80)
Aly got what she wanted after so long…. finally eh? ![]()
She enjoyed it kept saying it was so much better than that dude’s version (Chef Daniel had taught some dude at a hawker stall at Beach Road how to make this on some variety show on tv recently and Aly had tried out that version previously)

3 big prawns along with a generous amount of squid and mussels …. pretty good for the price I must say ![]()

Sumatra
A combination of dark chocolate & white chocolate with sumatra coffee mousse

I chose this one for dessert….. ‘cos of the dark chocolate ![]()
I don’t eat chocolate much (or cakes… or snacks… or desserts… ) but when I do, I like dark chocolate than the normal or white ones ![]()
Bitter or liquor chocos are what I prefer ![]()
This cake was a good choice, even Aly said so ![]()
Plus good thing … er… the cakes were small… I can’t stomach much cake at a time ![]()

Bailey’s irish cream soufflé ($ 9.80)

Aly wanted to try this…. I preferred my sumatra….
Too much coffee…. gone case…. don’t have to sleep tonite
