Chalet Day 01 – Crystal Jade Macau Cafe
1 Nov 2005We had dinner at Crystal Jade Macau which is located at the basement just beside Cold Storage. We like the place as it’s a little hidden and hence less crowded (I shouldn’t be talking about this place … if not, it’ll get crowded!!! heh… )

Ordered Honey Lemon drink… really cool and refreshing!
Pumpkin Soup with Seafood
Fried noodle with beef ribs in black pepper sauce
Simmered Mixed Vegetables with Balcalhau in claypot
Fried rice with crab meat, egg white and minced ginger
