Chalet Day 02 – Roadside Stall Hotpot
2 Nov 2005Met Tong and Kelly for dinner at Marina South after shopping at Parkway Parade…
Went to this place which I read about from the Makansutra forums called Roadside Stall Hotpot…
Ala carte Buffet steamboat!!!
They served us some pork rice and some cold chicken … the appetizers were interesting… I liked the rice alot 
2 choices of soup… we asked for the least spicy and the light soup for the other…
Lots of mushrooms! All thanks to Aly … torturing Tong in the process LOL 
Sliced beef… sliced fish… pork liver… etc.
Best thing were the pork tripe and beef tripe! I love them! You seldom get tripe at other places…… Yummy!!!

Stuffed ourselves completely before we parted and Aly and I headed back to the chalet…
