Met Tong in the morning, he came to pick me up and I directed him to Poh Heng Tyres as he wanted to get new tyres for his car. Had breakfast at the hawker nearby, some wanton mee … and this kiddo sitting with us just sneezed right into our food!!! amp; At this rate, how am I ever going to recover???

He then sent me back home and had to head back to the Army (Recall manning lol)

Took a shower and then headed off to pick Aly up.

Aly’s birthday …. and I was sick … I had a slight fever and was sniffing like crazy … not fun at all…

We shopped around Jurong Point for awhile before heading down to Bugis Junction … By dinner time I thought I was gonna faint somewhere … and I would just wake up to find myself in the hospital or something ….

Met Tong and Kelly for dinner at Sixth Avenue …. Brought them to Corduory & Finch for dinner and dessert. Pat and Audrey had brought me there before and I was certain that Aly and Kelly would be bowled over by the dessert there.

Shared a bowl of wild crabmeat soup with Aly … lots of crabmeat… wonderful!

Aly had Braised Lamb Shank which was yummy and huge!!! (lack of photos as the place was really dark)

I had beef tenderloin steak which was really good as well … Tong had a Chicken, Mayo & Cheese sandwich and Kelly had a Cobb Salad for dinner.

Also had strawberries and cream milkshake which was pretty good. Tong had a hot chocolate which came with ONLY one mashmallow much to his annoyance

Dessert Sampler for 4!!! A whopping $42!!!

The 4 of us couldn’t finish the dessert even though it looks so little!
One thing I didn’t like about the place though, the waiters didn’t seem as friendly as they did when I first went there with Pat and Audrey … another thing was the long… and I really mean LOOOONNGGG wait for our dinner to arrive. The dessert didn’t take that long though ….

Hope my germs didn’t spread all around to Tong and Kelly lol
