HDB decides to tear my apartment apart yet again

Yup… we fixed up the kitchen, spent thousand odd bucks… and they are back again telling us that the ceiling downstairs is leaking again…

So what exactly are these so called engineers hired by HDB doing?

Do they deserve to be what they call themselves?

First they said it was the routing pipe. They forced us to have it fixed. Few hundered bucks. Then they came back to say it was the main pipe. We had it replaced and renovated part of the kitchen, and we lost our marble top in the process. That’s thousand odd bucks already

Now they want to tear up my toilet ‘cos they “think” that THAT’s the problem to the never ending ceiling leak. What if it’s not? Tear up my bathroom next? ~

What are we suppose to do when they are tearing the toilet apart? They need 3 days! 3 days without a toilet? Go opposite to the coffeeshop? Drive to the nearest petrol kiosk? Stay in a hotel for 3 days? Who is going to pay for the costs and bear the inconveniences?

This is highly stupid if you ask me. I think the whole lot of them at HDB ought to be sacked and the public made aware of how they are causing my family distress
