Ran my socks off? Hahaha… Can’t say I put in ALL my effort, but the little effort that I put in had me wishing I had stayed home instead … heh
Anyhow I DID manage to complete the 2.4km run at a “FAST” timing of 15:45 mins hahaha….
It IS an improvement!!!
Arrrgh…. have to pass IPPT …. grrrrr
